As a part of the lead-up to Matt De Haan’s commissioning service in August Genesis Church members are going to vote in Matt as our new pastor on Sunday July 23 – only the fourth pastor in 34 years!

Dear Church Family, For those who missed last Sunday’s church service (25 June 2023) please be advised that as part of our Next Season transition an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held to formally vote to accept Matt De Haan as our new Senior Minister of Genesis Church. This nomination has the full approval and blessing of the Eldership of our Church. The vote will take place on Sunday July 23, 2023 after the service at 11.30 AM. If you have any queries or concerns regarding this matter please put them in writing or contact either Jim McMillan or myself (Ross Walker) by Wednesday July 19 and we will endeavour to answer these on or before the day.
