Dear Genesis Church Family,
As we come to the end of our 30 + 1 journey, I simply want to say thank you. It has been such a joy to see so many of you intentionally setting aside time each day to meet with God. My prayer is that this hasn’t just been a 30-day challenge, but the beginning of a lifelong habit of seeking His presence.
Over these past weeks, we’ve learned that God has been entrusting to us something very powerful, very precious, and very beautiful. We have discovered that the secret place is where God strengthens us, reshapes us, renews our minds, and draws us closer to Himself.
Please don’t stop now.
Keep making time every day to pray, worship, and meditate on God’s Word. There will be seasons when life is busy, when you don’t feel like it, or when you don’t understand what God is doing. Those are the moments we need His presence the most. Don’t run from Him—run to Him. Keep meeting with Him in the quiet place, because it is there that He brings peace, wisdom, healing, strength, and fresh perspective.
As we continue to lead people to Jesus, help them grow in Jesus, and send them out to live for Jesus, let’s remember that ministry always flows from intimacy with Him. We can never give away what we haven’t first received.
My encouragement to you is simple: keep your 30 + 1 going. Protect that daily appointment with God. Be faithful in the secret place and trust Him to do what only He can do.
I wholeheartedly believe the best is still ahead for us as we continue to seek Him together.
May we never lose our hunger for the presence of God. As we continue to seek Him, I believe He will continue to shape us, strengthen us, and lead us.
